Hidden Treasure Lodge Acquires Chuka Glory Dew

Hidden Treasure Lodge, a company within the hospitality industry in Kenya and operating within Tharaka Nithi County would wish to inform its customers and stakeholders that it has completed the Take-over of Chuka Glory Dew limited. The Proposal to acquire 100 per cent shareholding of Chuka Glory Dew by Hidden Treasure Lodge directors was made at a meeting held on August 29, 2023 at their (Chuka Glory Dew limited) registered offices in Chuka town at 11.00 AM. It was submitted to the registrar of companies the same date (August 29) and approved by the registrar on September 16, 2023, before finalisation on September 18, 2023.

Hidden Treasure lodge is a reputed hospitality company Nestled along the Nairobi- Meru Highway at Giampampo just 2km past Chuka University, and a true gem waiting to be discovered.
